Director IT Prog/Project Delivery

Directs the development, strategy and execution of IT program and project management. Initiates and sets goals for programs according to strategic objectives of the organization. Utilizes industry standard program management approaches and best practices to develop and execute strategic programs and project portfolio across all APS business units. Creates and socializes best practices frameworks and playbooks for Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid technology projects. Ensures business capabilities are met by delivering value in a consistent and repeatable manner.
